Yes it is. I am a woman who is anointed and called to help other women flourish in their lives. I am also called to support women in ministry build, grow, and sustain platforms for their online ministries.

I want this to be a safe place for women to gather in community, network by linking arms together, and freely grow their lives and online ministry together.

I am FIERCELY protective of this space.

One of the best ways for men to link arms with us is by being a hedge of protection in prayer and intercession for our KIIC community.

Another way is to leverage their position as men in ministry by kicking down those stained-glass ceilings, opening up doors of opportunity, sharing their platforms, and funding the efforts of women in ministry.

You would essentially become a Cheerleader of Women who seeks to erase the gap in power, position, and pay of women in ministry and have a heart-to-heart connection with our mission to "call women up, as we send them out."

Men who are perfect for this:

• Honor that KIIC is a sacred space for women


• Acknowledge their privilege as men in ministry who do not endure the inherit bias, discrimination, and suppression of their voices within the Church as women do.


• Believe wholeheartedly that women can minister the gospel fully without restrictions.


• Recognize the inequities of women in ministry, how that affects her ability to walk fully in her unique design, and the overall implications of that within the Body of Christ.


• Are wholeheartedly committed to honoring and respecting women as the Ezer Kenegdo (Genesis 2:18) and as complimentary equals in all areas of life.

From website hosting to email list service providers to the cost of creating materials (the programs + equipment needed) to my team of brilliantly anointed women and men I've hired to help create things + manage things behind the scenes (there's just no way I could run this all by myself!) to the equipment needed to record videos to the site that hosts all of the KIIC materials…

(And yes, I pay myself, too. I hope you will when your online ministry brings in enough revenue to do so. 1 Corinthians 9:7-18 gives us the liberty to do this.)

The big reasoning behind this is -- all the costs associated with running an online ministry.

The larger the ministry, the more it costs.

My family and I give away well over 10% of our proceeds to the following types of organizations:

1. Fostering Families

2. Homeless Shelters

3. Addiction Recovery

4. The Arts

5. Children's hospital (kids battling hard illnesses)

6. Family assistance (food pantry, meals, elder care, after school care, etc.)

7. Breast Cancer research and support (for women battling this ugly disease and their families - I was given a BRAC1 positive diagnosis in 2014.)

Plus, we send support to families serving on the mission field, both stateside and abroad.

These organizations are all local to us and near and dear to my family's heart. 💕

You are billed automatically every 30 days. If you enrolled on the first day of the month, then your coaching fee will be on or around the first of each month. If you enrolled initially on the 2nd of the month then your coaching fee will be on or around the 2nd of each month and so forth.

We operate very similarly to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. So while we don't offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) mid-month, should you ever need to leave, we make it super easy for you to do so.

Absolutely! (Though I hope you won't ever need or want to.)

You are free to come and go as you're led month-to-month, quarter-to-quarter, year-to-year.

We will not hold you hostage. There is no contract. Remember, there are no refunds (prorated or otherwise).

Cancel anytime, but please keep in mind you'll need to give us 7 business days before your payment renewal processes in order to cancel your coaching experience fees.

Just know our coaching experience fees may increase in the future and if you rejoin us, you'll have to do so at the new rate.
